Healing with Heart: Overcoming Childhood Trauma with Therapy, Mentoring, and Mindfulness!

Hey there, dear readers!

Today, I want to open up and share something personal with you - my journey with childhood trauma. Now, don't worry, we're going to keep it positive and friendly because that's how I like to approach life, even when dealing with tough stuff.

Growing up, I didn't have the closest relationship with my parents, but luckily, I have two amazing brothers who have been my rock. We're like the three musketeers, always there for each other no matter what. However, we've also had to deal with some challenging family dynamics, including some not-so-nice aunts and jealous relatives on my dad's side. But hey, life isn't always perfect, right?

One thing that has truly helped me navigate through these challenges is therapy. Yep, I've been going to therapy since my high school days, and it's been a game-changer. My therapist has been like a guiding light, helping me process my emotions, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and work towards breaking the generational curse.

But that's not all - I also have an incredible mentor, my big sister Velina, who has taught me so much about meditation and praying. These practices have become my go-to tools for self-care and self-reflection. They've helped me find peace in the midst of chaos, and given me the strength to keep moving forward even when things get tough.

Now, don't get me wrong - healing from childhood trauma is a journey, and it's not always easy. But I've learned that it's possible to overcome even the toughest of challenges with the right support system and a positive mindset. And along the way, I've discovered so much about myself, my resilience, and my ability to create a better future for myself and my family.

So, to all of you who may be dealing with childhood trauma or any kind of adversity - you are not alone. It's okay to seek help, to talk about it, and to take steps towards healing. Remember, you are stronger than you think, and you have the power to break free from any negative cycle. Let's keep pushing forward, supporting each other, and spreading positivity along the way!

With love and resilience,

Cutiega
